Children ages 4 through 1st grade
Children’s Worship dismissed directly from the service. Leaders escort children down from the sanctuary just prior to the sermon.
Children’s Worship teaches children the purpose and practice of worship. Using a modified order of worship, kids sing and pray in addition to memorizing and learning the meaning of the Apostles Creed, Lord’s Prayer, and Doxology. There is a Scripture lesson each week in the form of a children’s sermon.

Our passion for Gods grace is reflected in an ancient symbol of the atonement which has graced the pulpit of our church for the past 75 years: the pelican-in-her-piety. For centuries, this image has reminded Christians of the central importance of Jesus atoning work on our behalf. Therefore, the Gospel will be front-and-center to all we do at CPC.
