Internal Medicine and Ultrasound

  The doctors at the Animal Care Center of Green Valley have a combined experience of over 40 years recognizing and diagnosing metabolic and medical conditions that can afflict any pet from puppy/kittenhood to their geriatric years.  The art of internal medicine is combining the history from the pet owner, the experience of the clinician, the physical exam, and necessary diagnostic tests to identify and appropriately treat common and uncommon medical conditions.  We as doctors work as a team to provide answers and solve medical problems. That is the art of internal medicine. 

   In some cases, ultrasound may be necessary to solve these medical issues.  We are proud to say that we have a team of doctors that are proficient in abdominal ultrasonography. Ultrasound is a great diagnostic tool that allows for advanced imaging (beyond x-rays) of the abdominal organs to aid in the diagnosis of complex medical issues.  We have a state of the art ultrasound machine at our facility, so there is no need for referral.  We provide the service in house.
