We know that providing a healthy diet for children is important to parents. We want you to know that it’s important to Continental School District as well. Please read our health and wellness policy and health and wellness handbook, located elsewhere on this page. We offer breakfast and lunch to all students. All menus are comprised of federally mandated, healthy, well-balanced food. We also strive to teach and encourage students to make good food decisions on their own. Continental also participates in the free and reduced lunch program. Please take the time to print the application online, or pick one up from the school office. Once you complete and return your application, we will take it from there.
