Welcome To

The Animal League of Green Valley

The Animal League of Green Valley (TALGV) is a private, donation-funded, volunteer, not-for-profit, 501(c)(3) organization. Our purpose is to help homeless and needy cats and dogs in Green Valley and the surrounding communities. Our vision, A Home for Every Pet, includes sheltering, spay/neuter, veterinary care, training, and adoption. It has grown to also include helping owned pets in times of need so their families are able to keep them. TALGV provides reasonable accommodations to applicants with disabilities, including reasonable modifications, as is necessary to allow them an equal opportunity to participate in or benefit from the goods and services offered by TALGV, as required by law. Applicants for the adoption of animals, whether a person with a qualified disability under applicable law or not, will not be required to submit additional medical documentation to support their ability to adopt an animal. TALGV representatives may not inquire into the nature of an applicant’s disability or disability-related health issues such as medication.
