The Santa Paula Chapter of America in Bloom was founded in 2010 by Dianne and Dudley Davis, owners of Do Rights Plant Growers from 1971 - 2015. The couple had a vision of the City filled with beautiful flowers and plants which would encourage civic pride and volunteerism.
