MILITARY Homes - Finding the right home helps bring peace of mind to families who don't know the area and may be deploying overseas. As the parent of a soldier, I understand the feelings and concerns that soldiers have as they deploy and leave their families behind. When you PCS out of the area, I understand the fear of "being upside down" on your home and I can guide you through the short sale process. I appreciate all that military families do and I'd like to help make buying or selling easier!
SELLING - Purchasers have a tendency to want to look at all of the available properties that meet their criteria. They will compare the homes according to value for price, condition, and appeal. Improving the condition of the home, "setting the stage" before showings, and knowing what to do when the property is being shown are just a few of the things that will help maximize the marketing efforts. We’ll take time to examine your home and explore the alternatives to showcase your property and get yours SOLD!
Tom and Debbie have 3 children and 4 grandchildren. We live in Pine Mountain and have been in Harris County since 2012.
Debbie has lived in the area since she was 12; she grew up in Columbus. You may see some New York in me from time to time.....but most of the time you'll find she's just the girl next door that loves helping clients unlock the home of their dreams!
Tom grew up outside of Birmingham, in Pelham, Alabama. He proudly served in the United States Air Force for nine years. He was a Manufacturing Global Start Up Leader for Proctor and Gamble for 19 years. A problem solver by nature, which has served him well in Real Estate!
