A Home For A Cause
For many years, Howard Hanna Kuzneski & Lockard has been passionate about connecting folks to their dream homes. We've come to know so many wonderful people throughout Western Pennsylvania. We'd like to give back to the neighborhoods and communities that we serve in.
Our process consists of identifying a house in need of renovation or repair, whose owner is willing to donate or sell the property to A Home For A Cause. We aim to assemble the talents, supplies, and funds from individuals and businesses in the community to renovate the home, then place it on the public market, priced at fair market value. The net proceeds of the sale will be donated to a local non-profit organization that is vital to this community (the beneficiary will be chosen early on in the process).
Our story begins here, but the happily-ever-after involves you! We appreciate all those who are willing to open their wallets, donate time, services, supplies, or resources to make this goal a reality. We hope the success of this project generates momentum that will carry the program on for years to come, breathing new life into our neighborhoods and beyond.
Our mission is "to promote, support, and advance revitalization, homeownership, and charitable causes within our communities and neighborhoods."

Box 49 Homer City, PA 15748 (724) 479-9210 Hours of Operation Mon-Fri 8 AM to 5 PM Accent Fuels was established as an agent for The American Oil Company in June of 1964, in Punxsutawney PA. It was incorporated in 1976 in Homer City PA currently it's present home. We service residential, commercial, and the farming community in and around Indiana county. We supply gasoline, home heating fuels, and commercial diesel fuel. We have a fleet of trucks for small deliveries to tractor-trailer load deliveries of products.
We maintain a Pennsylvania PUC authority to handle freight deliveries for other companies. The staff is trained in all current safety training that includes OSHA, MSHA, ISNetworld, and all hazardous training about petroleum transportation. Accent Fuels built its reputation delivering products to the farming community at equitable prices and efficient delivery, branching into mining and natural gas exploration. Throughout the years it serviced as many as 20 coal mining companies and 20 different drilling rigs. Still, they maintain an active customer list of over 3500 home heating oil customers. Though we do not have a service department for servicing furnaces, we have several highly qualified companies we recommend to perform heating and air conditioning services.

Adagio Health
For fifty years, Adagio Health has been providing health and wellness services and support in western Pennsylvania. Recently, the organizations operational footprint has expanded to include seven counties in West Virginia and five counties in southern New York. Adagio Health also manages the state-funded Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program (BCCEDP) in 62 counties across the state of Pennsylvania.
Adagio Health can provide these services through funding from the State and Federal government, local foundation partners, and through partnerships with a variety of community partners and other funders, such as Susan G. Komen Greater Pennsylvania. Adagio Health currently owns and operates eight stationary medical offices and one mobile unit, and provides Title X, XX, and V funding to a wide network of health care providers. In addition to medical offices, Adagio Health is the Women, Infant & Childrens Food and Nutrition Service (WIC) service provider in five counties: Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Indiana, and Lawrence. Adagio Health's nutrition department also delivers Power Up, a SNAP-Ed nutrition education program, in eleven counties in western Pennsylvania.
