Their success led to the 8,000-square-foot "Shape it Up Shack" acquisition in Sandy, Oregon, which they expanded into a thriving 50,000-square-foot fitness and wellness center. The new facility opened in December 2006, featuring various amenities including indoor pools, racquetball courts, a fitness center, a spinning studio, a basketball gym, and a café. MHAC is committed to providing an inclusive and vibrant environment where members can achieve their fitness goals and build community connections.
