Being tired frequently and feeling unrejuvenated from sleep, can also affect behavior, psychology, and even depression. Sometimes, it's not just about snoring and loud noises, there is also something called silent sleep apnea. This is when the upper airway collapses. However, there are no associated sounds or noises coming from the body. It would be like removing the batteries from a smoke alarm and then there is a fire in the house, the fire will still burn down the home; yet there will be no sound from the smoke alarm. Airway problems most often start in childhood. Cranial facial growth and development will affect a child’s school performance, ability to exercise, and even, behavior.
