From there, the company expanded its operations to Dallas, Texas, further solidifying its presence in the market.

Ryan Barord, a recent MBA graduate, joined the team early on and has since led the Manufacturing team with tenacity and a commitment to excellence. Stephanie Wirthman also came on board around the same time and has played a crucial role in driving efficiencies within the Procurement team.
As the business continued to grow throughout the decade, John recognized the need for someone to oversee day-to-day operations at their new facility in Dallas. This led to the hiring of Tim Birckbichler as Controller. With his educational background and extensive experience in commercial business channels and window coverings, Tim's addition has positioned Signature Window Coverings for continued rapid growth.
