Founded by Niko and Katrina Southall, our journey began with a dream of owning our own company, a dream that we turned into reality through dedication and hard work. With nearly two decades of experience in restoration, Niko's expertise and knowledge in disaster cleanup have been the cornerstone of our success. Despite facing personal challenges, Niko's determination led him to pursue higher education, earning his bachelor's degree in Business Entrepreneurship from the University of New Mexico in May 2017, ultimately paving the way for the inception of our restoration company.
At ServPro of Northwest Albuquerque, we pride ourselves not only on our founders' expertise but also on the competence of our entire team. Our collective knowledge and certification in IICRC water, fire, mold, and upholstery ensure that we are highly educated and experienced in providing the best restoration solutions.
