Evolving from a small wooden structure into the thriving town of Wishram, Washington, George's legacy continued through his sons, Dan and Bob, who expanded the family enterprise to include Waste Control, a municipal waste collection company covering major municipalities in Oregon. With strategic acumen, Dan diversified into real estate, creating a dynamic synergy that navigated the fluctuations of the real estate cycle. Following the sale of Waste Control in 1999, Rubicon Investments was born, propelling the family's legacy forward by focusing on innovative and sustainable real property development and management in the Pacific Northwest.
