Vicky Andrus opened Picture This! In February 2002 and since has not only become known for impeccable quality in framing and matting but also in dedication to the local arts; displaying works by Sarah Sweetwater, Perri Duncan, and others. “I do it for the art. It’s just about making it say something and that takes using the right combination—and if you frame the art you can hang it with any other type of art because it’s framed for the piece.”
