Kimber Martial Arts were founded in 1994 by Kimber Hill Tyree in DeLand, FL, near Orange City and Deltona, under the corporate name of Modern Martial Arts Academy, Inc. Kimber Martial Arts exist to empower you to Master Your Life through martial arts training. This is evident in their vast offerings, commitment to serving their community, and success in training students to be leaders both on and off the mat.
They teach age and ability-specific classes for children and adults in JoDokkDo, a style based on Bruce Lee's philosophy of Jeet Kune Do. They also offer Self-Defense and Fitness Kickboxing training for adults as well as PreSkill classes for young children and even a Toddler and Me series for ages 3 and under.
