First Federal Savings Bank was established in 1915 and is headquartered in Twin Falls. First Federal is the largest financial institution (bank or credit union) in the Magic Valley for both deposits and mortgage loans. First Federal first came to the Treasure Valley in 2015 and opened a second location in 2021. The vision is to bring the success that we have had in the Magic Valley, to the Treasure Valley.
We are a full service bank that offers all types of deposit accounts, consumer loans, mortgage loans and business loans. When it comes to our loans, we can do everything that everyone else can do and more. The more is because we can keep loans “in-house”. For example, if we have a mortgage loan that is just a little out of the box, but makes sense, then we can do the loan and keep it in our “in-house portfolio”. Also, within this portfolio, we can originate all types of ITIN loans as well.
