Proven Experience
The staff of the Northeastern Nevada Regional Hospital Department of Surgery is credited with over 200 years of combined surgical experience. In addition to two nationally certified staff personnel, all Same Day Surgery (SDSU) and Recovery (PACU) nurses have Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
The services include same-day surgery, operating and endoscopic procedure rooms, post-anesthesia care, recovery and discharge units, as well as services provided for longer-stay inpatients. Each specialty provides services from minor to major surgical procedures.
