It is highly recommended that each year, providers, educators and directors engage in professional development training to keep them up to date in the child-care field. 4Cs of Passaic County, Inc. offers training classes to parents and educators in both English and Spanish that cover a wide range of topics.

We provide training that will help our educators increase the quality of care, which is a critical need for children ages 0-5 years. After the training, we gather feedback, in the form of evaluations, based on the needs of our audience. We value participants’ feedback and utilize it to plan classes and events so that we may better serve our participants’ needs.
