Ken's musical odyssey began with a childhood immersed in harmonies, thanks to his parents' roles as choir directors and his father's management of a local music store. His passion evolved through music education, professional performances, and ventures in lutherie and retail music. Inspired by the legendary Bill Collings, Ken's venture into guitar building flourished, culminating in MiniFlex Microphones' inception in 1988. Although faced with the setback of the Dixie Fire in 2021, Ken's tenacity prevailed, leading to the triumphant revival of the brand as the2Mic™. Presenting a new era of sound innovation, the2Mic™ showcases Ken's unwavering dedication and Miniflex Microphones' enduring legacy.
