Victim/Witness Services at the Navajo County Attorney's Office is dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive support to individuals affected by crime, ensuring they receive the care and assistance needed to navigate the challenging aftermath of victimization. Led by Manager Roxanne Pergeson and a team of dedicated advocates and volunteers, our services are designed to address the diverse needs of victims and witnesses with empathy and understanding. Recognizing the profound impact of crime on individuals' lives, our advocates offer crisis counseling, emotional support, and practical assistance to help victims and witnesses recover and navigate the complexities of the criminal justice system.

Our Victim/Witness Services focus on three key areas: Victim Assistance, Victim Notification, and Victim Compensation. From providing crisis counseling and accompanying victims to court proceedings to ensuring victims are informed of their rights and assisting with compensation for expenses incurred due to the crime, our team is committed to advocating for the rights and dignity of victims. Through partnership and coordination with local resources, we strive to empower victims and witnesses to achieve healing, justice, and restoration in the aftermath of trauma.
