Become a Big at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwest Idaho and make a significant impact by mentoring a child. This program matches adult volunteers, known as 'Bigs,' with children, referred to as 'Littles,' to foster one-on-one relationships through consistent, fun, and meaningful interactions. Volunteers are carefully matched based on common interests and personalities, and engage in activities that help Littles build confidence, resilience, and trust. The program offers both community-based and school-site mentoring options, ensuring flexibility and support throughout the mentorship journey.
