Manitou F.C. offers a structured player development program through its various teams and programs. For young players aged 3-10, the club provides the Young Legends and Future Manitou programs, which do not require tryouts and are open to all interested participants. For older players aged 8-19, Manitou F.C. conducts evaluation sessions to assess skill levels and appropriately place players in leagues and teams that best support their growth in soccer. The registration for these evaluations is currently closed, with the next tryouts scheduled for July 2025. Additionally, specific teams such as Orange, Black, and Grey require tryouts, while the Future Manitou Academy U8-U10 does not.
