Report an Electrical Emergency
Because you can't tell if a power line is energized just by looking at it, always take caution and assume that any downed power lines are live. Report downed lines to 911 and NV Energy, and follow the instructions of emergency responders.
Safety and reliability are our priorities. Please call us if you see any of the following:

- An issue with one of our pad transformers, such as oil or unsafe conditions
- Any similar issue with a power pole
- Shoes or other obstructions hanging from an overhead utility line
