The best of both ends of the yoga spectrum. In the Hatha version of YinYANG no chaturangas (High pushup, lower down up dog moving to down dog). This class will intertwine both Yin and Yang (Hatha). Hatha Yoga is practiced at a slower pace (non-flowing) to build power and strength. Breath awareness is used to create an inner fire that cleanses the tissue, tones the muscles, and quiets the mind. Yin Yoga is used to open the joints soften the connective tissues (ligaments and tendons) and smooth out the facia. This very well-rounded practice will leave you feeling fabulous along with the feeling that you have worked and toned but also allowed the body to loosen. Bringing total balance to the body. This is a non-heated class for all levels class a great way to augment any physical activities.
