Morgan Kadric always had a passion for learning about different cultures and developing new linguistic skills. Growing up, her dream career was to become an author and travel the world. Indeed, she wrote a 234-page double-spaced cheesy romance novel at age 16 (that will never see the light of day).

During college, Morgan studied abroad in Madrid, Spain. This afforded her the opportunity to practice her Spanish-speaking skills and exposed her to the myriad of cultures across Europe. Upon graduation from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, she put her dreams on hold to pursue a more "sensible" occupation in Corporate America. She always told herself she would revisit her childhood dream of becoming an Author once her student loans were paid off. Alas, publishing a book was a pipe dream that kept the spark of motivation a quiet ember for seven years…
