The Continental Shopping Plaza is located at the geographic and commercial center of Green Valley, Arizona. It is located at the NW corner of Interstate 19 and Continental Road (the only east/west arterial through Green Valley) which allows for ease of access from not only communities and neighborhoods along I-19, but from all points throughout the area (see map).

Green Valley lies 22 miles south of Tucson and 40 miles north of Nogales, Arizona. According to the GV/Sahuarita Chamber of Commerce, Green Valley has a base population of approximately 26,000, and a surrounding market of another 20,000. In the winter months, we are hosted to an additional 10,000 plus “snowbirds” or winter visitors.

The Continental Shopping Plaza is anchored by Safeway, CVS Pharmacy and True Value Hardware, with a diverse tenant mix, including apparel and gift shops, restaurants, financial advisors and institutions, hair salons, day spa, home improvement stores, and many others.
