Our specialist day centre service is based in our purpose-built day centre on East Hill, providing care for older people, people with dementia and adults with disabilities. Our experienced and friendly team of support workers provide our service users with transport to and from the centre, a full timetable of activities including music, crafts, games and cooking, as well as specialised dementia care. Our facilities include an adapted IT suite, a gym and reablement equipment, a large dance studio, and our sensory garden space.

Please note that referrals to the day centre service can only be made through Wandsworth Council's Adult Social Care team.
