HCC Network is dedicated to addressing healthcare access challenges in Lafayette County and its surrounding areas through a range of technology initiatives. Collaborating with local hospitals, practitioners, mental health providers, health departments, and health education members, HCC is actively working to expand telemedicine access, implement Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and promote distance learning throughout the region.

Partnering with entities such as HRSA, USDA, and local foundations, HCC, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, endeavors to extend telemedicine services to diverse partners, including schools, jails, and community organizations. This effort involves the establishment of school-based clinics to provide essential services such as primary care, dental, and mental health services, ensuring that children without healthcare have access to vital resources.
