Pet Policy

JWC accommodates pets on select properties at the owner's discretion, with exceptions for aggressive breeds such as Akita, Pit Bull, and Rottweiler. Approved pets require a $300 non-refundable fee per pet. Accepted pets may include dogs, cats, hamsters, birds, and fish, with varying fees for fish tanks based on size. Failure to comply with pet fee payment may result in a daily violation fee. The maximum pet limit is three, except for 4plex units, which allow only one pet.
