Kiwanis Foundation

The Kiwanis Foundation serves as a vital platform for tax-free donations, channeling support towards impactful initiatives that directly benefit children and families in need. By contributing to the Foundation, donors have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Among the Foundation's notable projects is the Keller Fund, which provides crucial orthodontic care to one to two youths annually from families without Medicaid coverage or dental insurance. Additionally, the Dick Shinstrom Memorial Special Needs Student Fund offers support to special needs students at the middle and high school levels, enabling them to pursue activities of their choice without the constraints of financial barriers. This fund, with a maximum award of $1,000, embodies inclusivity and empowerment, aiming to enhance the lives of deserving individuals. Moreover, the Foundation's involvement in events like the 7 Hills of Kirkland bike ride further showcases its commitment to charitable endeavors, as participants pedal uphill to raise donations for organizations such as Attain Housing. Through the Kiwanis Foundation, donors have the opportunity to contribute to impactful causes, enriching the lives of children and families in the community and beyond.
