First Holy Communion

Alongside regular Religious Education sessions held every Wednesday from 4:00 to 5:15 pm throughout the school year, St. Edward Parish also conducts sacramental preparation events for children aged seven and older. These events specifically prepare them for the sacraments of First Reconciliation in the winter and First Holy Communion in the spring. The First Holy Communion typically takes place on the fourth Sunday in April during the 9:15 am Mass. This structured approach ensures that children are adequately prepared to receive these important sacraments within the context of their faith education.
