Our Mission

The Lake Almanor Cancer Fund provides compassionate support and financial assistance to local families in the Almanor Basin Community (including Westwood and Greenville) who are affected by cancer. Our mission is to alleviate the burdens and challenges faced by these families by offering financial support for medical costs, transportation, and other expenses related to their medical needs. We understand that battling cancer can be emotionally and financially draining, and we aim to provide a helping hand to ensure that no family in our community feels alone or overwhelmed during this difficult journey. By fostering a sense of solidarity and offering practical assistance, we strive to empower families to focus on healing and creating meaningful memories together.
