Lab Services
The Adair County Health Systems laboratory offers laboratory services of the highest standards to help give our providers a complete picture of our patients health. Our staff consists of highly-trained professionals who provide a full range of diagnostic testing for inpatients, outpatients, clinics, nursing homes, and the emergency department. Lab test results help providers make important decisions regarding medical conditions.
Our laboratory is CLIA certified and offers a complete spectrum of testing using state-of-the-art analytical equipment. The lab utilizes Mercy Clinical Lab and the Iowa Pathology Group of Des Moines, IA for referral testing and anatomic pathology/cytology services.
Regular lab draws are done Monday - Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Our laboratory staff is on-call 24 hours a day, seven days a week for emergency department coverage. Our staff is committed to providing accurate, quality testing and results in a timely manner.
