Humana Healthy Foods Card
Healthy foods are essential, but for some, they may not always be affordable. That’s why we’re proud to provide eligible members with the Humana Healthy Foods Card. This card can help members of many of our Dual Eligible Special Needs Plans get the healthy foods they need.

Insulin Savings Program
Humana is participating in the Part D Senior Savings Model—which Humana calls the Insulin Savings Program. It’s included in many of our Medicare Advantage prescription drug (MAPD) plans and the Humana Premier Rx Plan™ (PDP). With this program, eligible members pay a stable $35 or less Select Insulin* copays per 30-day supply through the coverage gap†.
