All orders are completed (processed & produced) within 2 weeks business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you need to rush services, please contact info@smalltownpromos.com.
All orders are shipped from Greenfield, Iowa.
All orders are double-checked at the time they are shipped. If you believe that part of your order is missing or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours.
Production & shipping times may vary due to the high volume of orders and postal service problems that are outside our control.
