ANDdesign owner Jennifer Bitker is a marketing expert, graphic designer, artist, mom, animal lover and BMX champion. She has a positive mindset and tenacious attitude.
She believes you’re the only one who can stop you. There is ALWAYS a way to figure it out, find the money or solve the problem. She runs her business and her life with that attitude—Never give up!
With 15 years of marketing, writing, designing, real-life, in-the-trenches experience, she’s learned: that a person should never lower their standards, always stay motivated, treat every client like they’re your only client, and keep your priorities in check.
She has served a range of clients including private and public sector agencies, startups and non-profits. She has a broad skill set and always welcome a challenge. She’s a 4-H alumni, and prides herself in the work she’s done for non-profit youth organizations such as 4-H and the Girl Scouts. She thrives in a setting where she feels she can use her skills to make the world a better place.
