This year has been extremely busy for us, and we are working quickly to expand and upgrade equipment and staff, so we can meet the needs each of you have.
For many of you who have been asking about our shipping services, here is a description of what we provide. We accept, UPS, Post Office and FedEx drop-offs and can ship by any of these three services as well, if you need a label created for you. Because we are the only major shopping center between Redding, Alturas and Reno (In Susanville, CA) we have set standard times for all three services, so you can have your products shipped out on time.
We do accept UPS Drop-Offs (with a pre-paid label) For those of you receiving QR Codes from Amazon, we are unable to scan those Codes since they are used for UPS Stores only, the closest being in Reno. If you receive one of these codes, you can go into your Amazon account and cancel the return and then reprocess it and select a different option that says Drop-Off Label (Instead of UPS Store).
