(Note: These are techniques that have helped me in my own journey. And they continue to keep me going on a daily basis in and out of the massage treatment room.) These are therapeutic modalities, like Sports Massage, Rolf Method of Structural Integration, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Deep Tissue, Injury/Medical Massage, and Vini Yoga. Even though I work inside a Chiropractic clinic you do not need to be seen by the Chiropractor in order to see me.
