With years of experience in fundraising, management of staff and volunteers, organizational structuring, and strategic planning, she can identify barriers to success and outline realistic next steps. In addition to work with nonprofits, she instructs at Boise State University, teaching a graduate course in Nonprofit Management in the School of Public Service. Jaime places a great emphasis on building and fostering relationships in order to collaborate and believes that the well-being of our community relies on the health of the nonprofit sector.
