Speakers create their own profile to highlight speaker experience, background, presentation examples, and audience feedback. Event leaders browse speaker profiles and can narrow the search by topic, budget, location, language, and audience reviews. SpeaknSpark is similar to a modern version of a speaker's bureau. However, different than traditional speakers bureaus, SpeaknSpark welcomes all speakers, and speakers have complete autonomy. Also, there are no listing or account fees for any users and no 30-50% markup fees. SpeaknSpark is built as a resource for all emergency management communities.
