The journey began in 2012 when The Beech Group embraced Ambrose's model, leading her to become the VP of Clinical Services. In 2016, the company secured its first insurance contract, paving the way for a holistic approach to case management for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial members. In 2017, Ambrose seized the opportunity to acquire her division as The Beech Group looked to sell, giving rise to Adobe Care & Wellness. Starting with a modest team and office, the company has rapidly expanded to encompass four offices and over 150 professionals.
