As a Certified Health Coach and Nutritional Therapist accredited by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. With a background in Chinese herbology, and Ayurvedic medicine, and completion of Dave Osprey's Bulletproof Health Coaching Program, Sandi is uniquely equipped to guide you on your wellness journey.
But Sandi's credentials are just part of her story. She is a world-class champion ice skater, roller skater, and salsa dancer who overcame stuttering and shyness. This transformative experience fuels her passion for helping individuals reach their full potential.
