Central to our classes is the practice of Hatha Yoga, rooted in the teachings of Bishnu Ghosh and Bikram Choudhury. This lineage utilizes asana (postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises) to fortify the entire body, from fingertips to toes, while nurturing internal organs and the nervous system. What sets this practice apart is its emphasis on stillness within and after each posture, offering therapeutic benefits that bring balance to the body and tranquility to the mind.
