Welcome to the Community Self Determination Institute Charter School, located at 315 W Pandera Street, Suite C, Palmdale, CA 93590, United States. Our mission is to offer a comprehensive training program that seamlessly integrates physical fitness, mental acuity, and self-defense techniques.

Our defensive arts curriculum is deeply rooted in a rich historical tradition that originated on the continent of Africa (EdɛnYigba). This knowledge was initially shared through oral history as it migrated across the globe, and was later documented in ancient civilizations such as Kemet (Egypt), Kana, and India. It further developed through Shaolin China and Okinawa, Japan, and eventually made its way to the Americas.

At our charter school, we take pride in helping students of all ages and abilities achieve their full potential. Our classes are designed to foster a supportive and inclusive community, ensuring each student receives personalized attention and guidance on their journey towards self-improvement and empowerment.
