Prairie Harvest Mental Health, a non-profit agency, provides mental health well-being services to adults with mental health concerns. Prairie Harvest Mental Health has been redefining our newly designed person-centered services. Quality of life is greatly enhanced through the improved environment, access to services and programs, and employment opportunities.
Prairie Harvest Mental Health also exists to advocate, educate, and promote a greater understanding of human needs and to seek funding sources to sponsor our programs.
All these services include screening, a complete assessment, and the development of a care plan.
