Jump 4 Wellness is the first concierge PT service in Maricopa. We deliver high quality mobile Physical Therapy and healthcare with direct 1 on 1 care with a Doctor of Physical Therapy with over 15 years of experience. Our unique approach to pain management is what sets us apart from the rest and allows us to treat acute and even chronic conditions that have been around for 20+ years.
How did we start?
We opened our mobile practice in 2024 in Maricopa, AZ. Tired of seeing patients receive substandard care in the corporate PT model, and seeing patients get refused coverage from their insurance company, Jump 4 Wellness made a decision to be different. We provide direct 1 on 1 care throughout the session with continual assessment of your progress and adapting goals. Our founder, Taylor Jump, believes that the best way to fix the body is to educate the individual on proper movement patterns. How can we heal if we’re continuously breaking down tissues due to poor movement patterns? He is determined to make a difference in today’s healthcare system with his commitment to help 100,000 patients avoid unnecessary surgery.
