Parts Manager

**Job Opportunity: Full-Time Parts Manager **

 As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll play a key role in ensuring they have a seamless experience. We’re looking for someone with drive, passion and knows their stuff, and can deliver top-notch customer service.

 **Responsibilities:**

- Greet and assist customers in-person, over the phone, and via email

- Provide knowledgeable advice on Diesel/ Vermeer Ag parts, services

- Schedule service appointments and communicate updates to customers

-Quoting build jobs or parts to customers

-Ordering and maintain inventory stock for our Diesel Automotive side and our Vermeer Ag line

-Ordering parts for builds and repairs for the service technicians

-Keeping Inventory items stocked, organized

- Assist with parts/ Vermeer equipment sales and orders, ensuring a smooth transaction

- Maintain customer relationships by providing outstanding follow-up and support

-Be proficient with computer skills and have experience with word and excel.

 **What We’re Looking For:**

- Strong passion for the diesel performance / Vermeer Ag industry

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Prior experience in a customer service role, especially in diesel automotive/ ag sales, is a plus but not a deal breaker

- A positive attitude and a team-player mentality
