Sous Chef

The Crawlspace Gastropub, Mercer Island's favorite restaurant is looking for an organized, ambitious, and outgoing sous chef to lead back of house team management, food purchasing/inventory, and line expo.  Must be fluent in Spanish and have a passion for flavorful cuisine.  

The Crawlspace family roots in some of Hawaii's favorite restaurants including Yummy Korean BBQ, Liliha Bakery, and Signature Steakhouse.  The first mainland venture has been a hit since day one.  The position will have the opportunity to grow with the company as we expand into the Seattle area.  Staring salary $65-75k DOE, and includes fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance.
