Jessica Koefod is the Regional Development Director in Boise, Idaho. She served for 12 years in the Air Force and the Washington Air National Guard. She continues to serve as a Major in the Washington Air National Guard as the Director of Equity and Inclusion at Fairchild Air Force Base. Prior to joining Thrivent, she worked as a Force Support Officer and Manpower Analyst in Colorado and Washington D.C. Working as a financial professional at Riverfront Legacy Group in Spokane, Washington she personalized financial guidance for people at all stages of life. She helped her clients view money not as a goal, but as a tool so that they could embrace a life rich in meaning and gratitude. She believes humanity thrives when individuals make the most of all they've been given.

When Jessica was a young officer, she was the President of the Company Grade Officer's Council, an organization with the mission to shape and develop Air Force officers into the leaders of the future. During that time, she partnered with financial advisors quarterly to educate the organization on financial concepts. She learned so much and was so enthralled with financial services she decided that when she left the Active Duty military, she would become a financial professional. She came to Thrivent because she wanted to work for an organization that is one of the Worlds Most Ethical Companies, so she could focus on providing comprehensive, values-based financial advice to her clients.
