How often do we put ourselves last, giving all we have to our families and careers? As a fellow team mom, family coordinator, and career-driven woman, I quickly realized that we have a right to self-care while enjoying our active lifestyles!
As a Physician Assistant (PA-C) with over 9 years of ER and Wound Care experience, I saw a fit for my passion and experience to allow people to live their best life, and look good doing it! My 3 boys (8yr, 6yr, and my Husband), fill my life with unending joy! We are an active family, finding adventure on the flag football field, ski slopes, mountain bike trails, and of course going to Bronco games. Personally, I find rejuvenation in running, any and all dogs, coffee, and wine. Excited to hear your story!
