The team at Smokey Bone celebrate its second anniversary at the Main Street Location this past summer. Owners Juan and Christine Martinez say business is better than word gets out about their great food and friendly service. When the couple started dating in 2011 they began talking about their dream of owning restaurants. Juan got the opportunity to use a high-end smoker at work and fell in love with barbecue.
Serving a classic barbecue menu of meats, brisket, pork, ribs, sausage, turkey, and chicken. They brought authentic Texas BBQ to Idaho.
